Our Team:

Pascale Martin - Neuville is the Founder and Director of Talent Bank Singapore and Talent Search Hong Kong, which she established in 2008.

While born and educated in France, she has made Asia her home and place of work since 1995. Pascale is currently a Permanent Resident of Singapore where she lives with her husband and two children. With a Masters Degree in Applied Statistics from Paris Dauphine University and an MBA from EDHEC; Pascale commenced her career in FMCG in Africa until she made her way into the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1988 attaining senior positions in Market Research & Business Intelligence.

While based in Hong Kong, Pascale then moved into Executive Search in 1995 with Templar International Consultants, the Asian search division of the Adecco Group where she was vested with the responsibility of establishing their Life Sciences Practice in Hong Kong, Malaysia & Singapore. Through deep experience & an eye to the business and sociological environment around her, Pascale has developed an intimate understanding and affinity for Asian societies and their multi - faceted business environment.

With a proven track record in talent search & placement, Pascale has built a vibrant practice across Asia and is involved in on - going senior level searches for her clients ranging from Country Managers, Marketing & Sales Directors, Heads of Clinical research Units, Medical Directors and R& D Directors. As a hands on Principal, Pascale is personally involved in the key elements of each Executive Search Assignment.

While hard - wired into the Pharmaceutical Industry; Pascale has a deep interest in continuing to develop practices across the competitive worlds of FMCG, Luxury Goods & B2B.
